White screen – Strimko Gold Review

I purchased the app a few weeks ago and have had no problems until yesterday when, upon opening the app, it goes to a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times but I keep getting this white screen. Please either provide an update to correct this problem or a refund. Thank you.
