Erased all of my contracts – Signeasy - Sign and Send Docs Review

I upgraded and when I went to sign back in, all of my contracts since 2014 were GONE. And it said I hadn’t upgrade even though my account was charged. Disappointing and frustrating considering I’ve been a loyal customer for years
