I can’t get the adds – Avatar Creator - Dog and Puppy Review

I like the game but when I tap the add button I can not get the skin,tales,and ears and I think they should ad movements to the dogs and AD THE ADDS SO WE CAN GET BETTER STUFF PLEASE!!!!!!! Or no one will play
