Read about the program people – Extinguish MDT—Maps, Preplans and Hydrants Review

My gosh people read about it and visit their website. This is a great tool with an inexpensive alternative to other options. No you can't sign in and just magically put in all your preplans and hydrant info. Each department needs to pay the fee and activate some iPads or iPhones. I am in no way associated with the builder of this app but after looking at it and reading the reviews given I couldn't help but put in my 2 cents.
