Why can’t I see what I’m typing into text fields? – Super T-Shirt Designer Review

I just downloaded this app onto an iPhone 11 with the current latest OS. When I went to login/sign up for the first time the text fields were completely blank (how do I know what to input?) AND when I type into the text fields I can’t see the string I’m typing into the text field (??), all I see is the text-cursor moving as I type each character into the field. That and the success message is the only way I knew I entered the correct information (by GUESSING). It’s almost as if the text I’m entering to each field is white AND the background is white... it’s this way throughout the app from my usage so far. Who approved this? Is anyone else having these same issues? Oh what’s this? I can’t ORDER my t-shirt design? Then what in the world is this app good for? I’ll just go to a WEBSITE application that has this capability built in. This application seriously has 5,000+ ratings above all other t-shirt design apps? And you can’t ORDER your design? Just post it for other people to steal/rip off of? Who allowed this product version to be released to the public? Or am I missing something? Please tell me. The app is pretty though. I hope that some changes are made quickly. Is this feedback helpful? Is anyone on the development and business ops team going to receive this message? If you don’t improve your application and business strategy then I don’t see why it would last against anybody who knows has a clue about how to capitalize on an untapped market via mobile app.
