Help. The iPad version is working great. Still need help with The android phone. – CareZone Review

The phone version is my concern. I updated to latest version and started getting messages every 3 minutes about on3 medication that was marked taken. So I removed it planning to reinstall. I was assigned a technical person who sent an email that I can’t seem to find. I think they truly are trying to help but I was having a problem with Directv and lust started looking at care zone again today. My iPad is much better now so we will see if the new install fixed the phone. Late last night I ran the update and after 1 hour it had finished however I can’t find it so may have timed out or something.
