Nice interface, awaiting support- not working – FTPManager - FTP, SFTP client Review

Purchased several days ago. Great looking interface, and intuitive, however I cannot connect to FTP with correct credentials (already tried my hosting tech support, etc) and have sent a few messages in hopes to get help from developers. I’m still waiting- but if it works, it’ll get all five stars! I need to upload video to my website which is typically too large to reasonably transfer in other ways.
