Works Great, but does not show up on Purchased menu – Translate Offline: German Pro Review

I bought this app when it was free for a short period of time, but it did NOT ever show up on my Purchased menu. I bought the Spanish, French and Itralian translators when they were free too and THEY all appeared on this menu. So why can't the German translator ever show up?
