Great game but cure research goes up unrealistically fast – Infection Bio War Review

This is the greatest infection bio war game I’ve ever played but the only problem is that the cure research goes up every 2 seconds even though I have the difficulty on normal. I’ve never been able to play and win ever since this problem occurred. If you can fix this please do.
