I can’t play – Transformers: Earth Wars Review

One day I decided to buy the starter bundle,when I bought it nothing appeard, so I went out of the game and tried to enter to se if it appears but then it just stays in the loading screen forever. I can’t play anymore, can you guys please fix this error cause I can’t play or use the game.
