After purchasing and doing the update on my iPhone 11, the game would freeze between 6 - 15% on the loading screen. Go into the phone settings and sign out of the Game Center. Then log into the game. It may ask you to login to Game Center. Sometimes you can also hit cancel, and the game will load with all your info.
