Couldn’t get passed in-app purchase – Video Maker with Music Editor Review

I wanted to use this app to try and put two simple video clips together. Once I selected the videos I could not get past an in-app purchase page, even after hitting the upper right X to dismiss. It just brought be back to the original screen. The charge should just be up front rather than tricking one into thinking you could use it for free.
