Always problems with updates – Flutter: Butterfly Sanctuary Review

I sent emails no response terrified of losing everything progress and now problems always with updates please please help. You say you will help get everything back but do you really really mean it. People lost everything and got no help. So what do I do when it happens to me. Support team is very very unkind to me.
