Problems with bonuses – Bowling King Review

I have been playing this game for quite some time. The bonus feature for no gutter, extra dollars, diamonds, etc. are not working. It has been broken for at least four months. I have contacted customer support on two occasions. But nothing gets fixed. Please send a new app which will transfer my current winnings and bonuses plus I think everyone who is having this problem should be given extra bonuses, dollars, and all bonuses that are not in our account now due to the fault of the game being in disrepair. I play almost ever day. And I would get bonuses too. So I expect a bonus in each category due to this problem.
