NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! – All in One Recipes Cookbook** Review

I downloaded this app to my iphone and paid for two of the "in app" chapters, but when I tried to pay for the third chapter, I get the message " Contact itunes support to complete this purchase" . Well, when I search for "itunes support" it tells me that I have to pay for that too! Is this really how you want to play this? I mean, come on, it's just a cookbook. Look, the two chapters that I did get to download are worth every penny of the .99 cents they ask for, but is that all I get? I can't download anymore? Why are they offered if you cant get them. Someone, please fix this problem, PLEASE!
