Trying to force player to spend more in game – QuizUp® Review

The game was fun for a long time, allowing players to watch ads to receive premium currency. With the new update, there are no ads, forcing player to spend upwards of $99.00 for gems since there is no other way to get them. I can not recommend this game since the developers have taken away the premium currency from regular players and only allow people who spend real money to get ahead in the game. Recently, I spend gems in game and the game kept giving server errors for the hour I could have played. When I reached out to “customer service” the answer I got was No, we won’t give you back the gems. It is a user error. They are only after your money, so not get involved in this game.
