Absolutely torturous – HMH iRead for Schools Review

This app and software in general is absolutely brutal to deal with. I can never get past the login screen where you enter the username for various issues. One time the arrow didn’t work without explanation, another time I was told there was a connectivity issue (there wasn’t). And there is no way to troubleshoot or seek help from within the app itself. I currently am trying to reload the app after deleting and reinstalling to see if this helps at all, and now it just won’t install all together. Mind you I have downloaded 3 other apps today with no issue. I would actually rather drink bleach at this point than continue to deal with this laughable product.
