Free Hints – Dot Knot - Line & Color Puzzle Review

Enjoying the game, however have noticed a problem with your free hints function. After having watched over a dozen ads for HomeScapes game, I have not been rewarded my extra hint. This has never happened before and yet has been consistent all day today. It would be appreciated if this was corrected.
