Does not give coins – Crosswords With Friends Review

I love the game but after I collect the daily free points until I max out for the 24 hour period, when I return to the game the points total always ends up the same as I started. A few days ago I received a 250 points reward. Into my total but when I returned to the game it ent back down to 15. What’s causing this problem.
