License Purchased, and app didn’t work – BIAS FX - Guitar Amp & Effects Review

One would expect the license for a $60 app to work. It did not. There was something called ‘All In Bundle’ inside this application that had a price tag of $57.99. After purchasing FROM INSIDE the app , you have to click ‘restore purchase’ prior to using it. It never recognized that I purchased it. This bundle is no longer displayed in the app and I can’t restore any purchases now. I went through the troubleshooting steps described on their website without success. Refund requested and then denied. This has never happened to me on the Apple store. Very poor experience.
