Down graded to 2-stars simply based on the observation of the “bonus” spin. If a low number is far down the wheel, the wheel will keep creeping until it reaches that low bonus number. If a low number is near, the bonus wheel will stop quickly on that number. It appears to me that this is simply a mechanism to entice you to purchase more credits. While I can’t “prove” this observation you would be hard pressed to convince me otherwise.
