Lost Access- No Response – Kids Drawing Games 2-5 years Review

My son LOVES this game so much we paid for the yearly subscription. A few months in the access locked and we haven’t received a response on how to fix it. It still shows under active subscriptions, but restoring purchase won’t work. If I can get the developers to respond and correct, I’ll update my review accordingly.
