My game crashed and it hasn’t loaded in 2 weeks – Tropico Review

When I enter the game, it states that Tropico has crashed. It has been like this for like 2 weeks now, and I want a refund. I haven’t been able to play the game, and I’ve emailed them like 10 times now, and the problem hasn’t been fixed
