Great costomer service – Hytexts eBook Store Review

I bought 3 books, and I found one ePub can’t read on my iPhone. So I switch to a browser on my Mac but it turns out I can’t read any books on any browsers ( safari and chrome ). Then I reach out to the customer service via fb and they reply me quite fast and help me solve the iPhone problem ( now I’m waiting for them to solve my browser problem too ) Anyway I’d say the application itself might not be the best but they have a very good customer Survice team so I’m pretty sure they could be better :-) I’ll give 5 stars later if I feel the app is improved Worth to try !! A book price is cheaper than a cup of Starbucks coffee anyway
