Game makes no sense – Dicast : Rules of Chaos Review

I don’t get it? Opponents win no matter what. I can’t figure out the rhyme or reason of what tiles mean and what I should do to win. I throw dice and watch characters move around board but don’t understand what they’re doing?‍♂️
