Hey Dr. Gartenberg, I just want to tell you that I absolutely love this app. I never ever sleep all night. Awake every hour and can't wait to get up. My husband puts it on our house speaker in the bedroom. I sleep allllll night. I don't know how it works but it works and I live in Naples Florida so I get plenty of sunshine. Amazing app!!! Thank you
