No way to get rid of conversation box – Bubble Witch 2 Saga Review

I cannot play the next level because there’s no way to get rid of the @#$&ing conversation pop up. I do not need or want to send anyone a message - tapping off doesn’t work and there’s no x to close it. Stuck.
