Amazing app! Just one thing. – AppJoy Nana - Rewards & Codes Review

So it took me around three weeks to have enough points to redeem an the xbox giftcard from the reward section. Which is amazing! There is no problem with getting $10 bucks for free every three weeks. The problem I had was getting sent the code. In the app it said it would take 48 hours. In the email they sent me, they said it would take 72 hours. I did have to write a help request in the app. It took 6 hours after that, which is pretty good but, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because you set yourself 2 timeframes and went past both of them. I would understand if you had a lot of people to go through. If that’s the case I would give you 5 stars. This could be the case because of quarantine and all, however, to my knowledge I wouldn’t know that. If that is the case, I suggest adding to the first email you send “Sorry if it takes longer than expected, there are a lot more people than usual” or something like that. Overall amazing app!
