Worst customer service ever – Pirate Tales Review

It takes at least three weeks for them to respond if you have ANY problems. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fun game and fast paced, hope you have a strategic brain and fast fingers. That being said, their server crashes and causes you to lose gold. It’s not just me that has been saying this. Other clan mates of mine have had it happen even more times than I’ve experienced. I tried to report it to customer service when it happened to me. But like I said, when (and if) you get a response, they won’t help or reimburse you for the hard earned money you pay to play this scam of a game.
