trying to make a 9 photo grid only does 6 ?? – Grid Post Pic Collage Maker Review

just got this app and bought the upgraded to eliminate the water mark. trying to post a 9 pic grid mode photo/s. Does it at first but once completing editing photo at last step before exporting the pics it sizes down to 6 cutting my lower part of the image .. my file size is small idk why it comes out to 6 instead of 9 like chosen im the previous option. please fix
