Works well, just not how they instruct – Ringtone Maker – create ringtones with your music Review

I saw a lot of 1 star ratings based on people’s inability to get the tone to their phones. I had that issue at first when I tried by following the apps instructions. Here is what DOES work: Follow the app instructions to get the tone saved to your desktop. After that, their instructions didn’t work for me, which ended up being easier really. After you save it to your desktop (or wherever you choose), with your phone connected to iTunes, simply drag the ringtone file to the “tones” section under the “On My Device” section on the left. Then sync. That’s it. iTunes did add a long numerical designation after the name of the tone that I can’t seem to get rid of but it doesn’t effect anything. It’s a date code but I’m not sure about the last 6 digits of it. Perhaps a timestamp in hours, minutes and seconds. Mine is 20200403211235. I suspect that’s 04/03/2020 at 9:12:35 PM. Not that it matters though. Hope this helps.
