Have been loving this game, BUT..... – Brightwood Adventures Review

I’ve been playing this game for a few years and have never had a problem with loading. I noticed these past two days, the game will not load, therefore I cannot play this game. Thought the developers would like to know. Also, there’s buildings that I cannot complete, as there’s no access to items. An example: I need “frog potion” and I am unable to aguire it. I’m also unable to buy the building materials with Gold Bars. Please let me/us players know, as I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing same, how we may obtain these special items in the game. Thank you!
