Account logged out, lost guns that I spent money on – Bullet Force Review

I had this account that was 2 years old and had spent money on that account. The game had been glitched for a little while (for me at least) but I decided to check it again and it was working but it logged me out and isn’t letting me back in, I don’t know what to do.
