Some problems with firing – PUBG MOBILE Review

I love this game fun with friends but lately I been having problems when I shot. When I Scope in and shot for some reason it doesn’t not stay at where I scope in, it moves up. It didn’t used to be like that. And another one is that when I shot close enemies moving around, now my screen or idk my character doesn’t move , it is more like hard to move or like something is pulling it. Please help me fix this If there is any ways to fix it then let me know.
