How do you remove this app – NCAA March Madness Live Review

My cell company Verizon account gets charged 5.99 .. my father was dying and I didn’t pay attention I’m still getting charge because I wanted to know the score last year I thought I would be charged one time and can’t remove it .. I’m not a computer savvy person .. this is absolutely a waste of money if I knew I would be charged I would never had picked this app.. I agreed to one time charge not a monthly charge .. what a awful app
