Invalid Broadcast Session – Elgato Screen Link Review

@Elgato, what sort of product is this. Why is everything you make such a headache to use and why is there no where to find Answers. I have the pro edition of screen link and it won’t hold the screen for longer than 2 seconds. Or the screen is just black. I’ve played with the incredibly limited settings you have in both the App and the 4K Capture Utility on the PC and Nothing is making it better. Also why do I need to Download the 4K Capture Utility? Why isn’t this a part of the Game Capture HD Software? Please Respond. I want this to work.
