Unable to open the apps once download – Insta Shapes - Snap pics & frame photos to silhouette symbol & alter for posts on IG, Fbook, flicker, tagged & tumblr Review

I like this apps but unable to open it. I used to use this apps a lot....but unable to access it. I would tap into the apps to open then quickly kick out. Please fix the bugs. Thanks!
