Crashes Instantly upon trying to open – Square Panda Bowling Review

Used to be a fantastic educational app for my preschooler to learn letter sound combinations & spell & read words, but now it just crashes. I've called tech-support, and I've deleted it from the device and re-downloaded it, and updated it and nothing helps.
