It’s a good app to start with – Relax Melodies Seasons Premium: Mix Rain, Thunderstorm, Ocean Waves and Nature Ambient Sounds for Sleep, Relaxation & Meditation Review

I started having a lot of trouble getting to sleep, and looked around for something free just to try out.. This app has a lot of sounds that can all be mixed to suit one’s own needs. I dabbled with several, and I’m still experimenting, but I particularly like the thunderstorm as a backdrop to several soft melodies. I opted to get a pair of Bluetooth ear buds, and I really like the way it fills my head with sound that seems omnidirectional. It has not been a full solution,... I still struggle to sleep sometimes, but this definitely helps.
