Best one I’ve found, almost – Skin Editor: Minecraft Creator Edition Review

This is a very well made tool, with good color selection and decent previews. My only complaint is the false advertising, as you cannot edit in 3D and only see one face of the model. Also, you cannot pose the model as the description states.
