Downloading of issues on iPad Apple case no 101026079212 – TIME Magazine Review

I am still getting the message “we are having difficulty in connecting. Please try later”. After “syncing” so many times, is it possible to send my refund from the date I have not “enjoyed TIME magazine”.? (Feb 10,2020) Is there a way to return my subscription from Feb 10, 2020? You have cased my check on January 10, for 40.0 for my subscription thru’ year 2020(Bank confirmation PWX70-TN2NJ PLEASE CHECK IN TO YOUR DEVELOPER’S PROBLEM FOR MY ACCESS OR RETURN THE SUBSCRIPTION.
