I Pad Entitlement – News12 Varsity Review

What the heck does "I Pad Entitlement not Found". I am using an I Phone and I have had same Optimum ID for years. Another great Cablevision product. Nice website but the app comes up short. Any ideas to fix issue I would appreciate it
