Terrible customer service – GraalOnline Classic+ Review

I have been a huge fan of graal for years since I was a little kid. I have one main account that I spent so many hours on and the email linked to that account got deleted. For years I have been trying to email the graal customer help and they never get back to me and won’t help me change my email. So I can’t play on my main account and I have spent tons of money on that account. Very disappointed that I can’t get back into my main account.
