Customer service stinks – MLB Tap Sports Baseball 2019 Review

I can’t believe how little this app cares about customers who oftentimes spend quite a bit of money on this app. I contacted customer service about a simple problem, resetting my password. Their app SAYS they will send a temporary password to my email account, but it never comes. Instead of telling me why THEIR app doesn’t work the way it is supposed to, they instead want me to provide them with receipts of prior app purchases to prove my identity. Why don’t they just fix their own app so it sends the temporary password? I will be deleting this app and will never use another app by this company.
