Please help!! – Elgato Screen Link Review

So, I have recently bought this app to use for my phone to use as a webcam for my streams. Unfortunately, I can not connect it wirelessly to my PC, which is a huge bummer cause I bought a nice tripod for my phone (Iphone XR) and I can't even get the app to work. Now I did get it to connect using my mac, but the only problem with that is the fps is atrocious and my mac doesn't have all the required specs for it to run smoothly. Any help on how to get it to connect to my PC would be much appreciated as I would love to use this to my advantage to use my phone as a face cam, but it just doesn't seem to work.
