Great app but hard to get HELP! – GoDaddy Studio (Over): Design Review

I absolutely LOVE this app which is why I’m so bummed I can get help with my situation ?.... my account was due for renewal and changed automatically which is great, however, when I go to use my Pro account it asked me to pay. I have a credit card charge showing the renewal so why is this happening? ? Developers , I appreciate your how to’s , they are great however none of them fix the issue I’m experiencing. PLEASE create an option to email in for help or have a phone number to call. Please send help ?
