Interesting, but... – Ancient Wisdom Review

Pros: monkeys, interesting idea, and free. Two stars for those. Cons: HORRIBLE translations that convey next to nothing in most cases (and less than that in a few). Where did they get these awful translations, and did anyone even visually eyeball them at the simplest level (punctuation even)?!? I've used two different translations of work attributed to "Lao Tzu" (="old man" roughly), and though they're very different at least they are comprehensible. This one is like the stereotypical Chinese menu filled with bad attempts to litterally render 'word' meanings rather than conceptual meanings, and malapropisms etc. Minus two points for that. Since I can't give zero stars I guess that means one star. Funny for about 10 seconds just on the cheeseball level, so I guess that's worth a star. Sigh.
