Crappy – NBA: Official App Review

Crappy app with many system failures and failure to get adequate support from the support center. Constantly told we will look into it but it’s an issue several times a year and at the most important parts of a game. I continuously open a ticket and give y’all the number just for nothing to happen and end up writing another review. Recent case: 200305-000232
