Update 3/13/2020 Current ver. uses too much RAM on 2017 iPad Pro 12.9” – Slickdeals: Deals & Discounts Review

I noticed about 0.5-1gb RAM is used as I use to app for a few minutes. Is this normal? Ios 13.3.1 Also for my iphone x on low battery mode (enabled under ios settings) on ios 13.3.1 when I use slickdeals app with dark mode on within the app, the comments can not be read since it has a white box blocking the text.
