396Hz – 396hz Solfeggio Sonic Meditation by Glenn Harrold & Ali Calderwood Review

WOW - what an app. Glenn Harrold already is my favorite hypnotist. But combine his soothing voice with Solfeggio 396Hz, and you are in a different world. I have had an inate fear for my entire life - have not been able to pinpoint 'fear of what', but listening to this every night before falling asleep is helping tremendously - I find that I can take a deep breath now, that I don't have the 'lump' in my throat as often, and my hands hardly shake anymore. Who would have known that a frequency existed that could help with that?? All I can say is WOW, and if you suffer from anxiety or fear, please help yourself by getting this app!!!!
